Terms of use
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Coderize LLC ("Coderize", "we", "us"), a Michigan company. They cover every game and app we publish on Google Play, their web versions, and this website (together, "our apps"). By downloading, installing or using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
1. Who can use our apps
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and they're responsible for your use of our apps.
2. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The apps are licensed to you, not sold. Google Play's own terms also apply to anything you get through Google Play.
3. What you agree not to do
- Copy, sell, rent, distribute or publish our apps, or any part of them, except as Google Play allows.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer them, except where the law gives you that right regardless.
- Use them to break the law, or to interfere with them, with our services or with anyone else's use.
- Remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notice in them.
4. What's ours
Our apps, including their code, levels, puzzles, artwork, sounds, names and logos, belong to Coderize or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms don't give you any ownership of them. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.
5. Your photos and content
Some apps let you use your own photos, for example to make a level. Your photos stay yours, they're processed on your device, and we never receive them. Only use photos you have the right to use.
6. Price, coins and purchases
Our apps are currently free and have no in-app purchases. Coins, stars and other in-game rewards have no money value: they can't be sold, transferred, exchanged or cashed out. If we ever sell anything, it will be through Google Play, under Google Play's payment and refund terms, and we'll update these terms first.
7. Updates, changes and your progress
We may update, change or remove any app, level or feature, or stop offering an app, at any time. Updates can change how levels play or how hard they are. Your progress is saved on your device (and, in some games, in your Google account), and it can be lost, for example if you uninstall an app, clear its data, change phones without a saved game, or if something goes wrong. We aren't responsible for lost progress.
8. Other companies' services
Our Android apps are distributed through Google Play, and some use Google Play Games Services. Those services are provided by Google under Google's terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
9. Play safely
Take breaks, and stay aware of your surroundings while you play. A small number of people can have seizures triggered by flashing lights or patterns on screens. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or has had a seizure, talk to a doctor before playing, and stop playing straight away if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, twitching or any discomfort.
10. No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or fit for a particular purpose, or that your progress will be kept.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coderize and its owners, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, profits or goodwill, arising from our apps or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim about our apps or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the app in question in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Some places don't allow some of these exclusions or limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law there allows, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
12. If you misuse our apps
You agree to cover Coderize's reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from any claim that arises because you broke these terms or the law while using our apps.
13. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling our apps. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections 4, 6 and 10 to 15 continue to apply after it ends.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about our apps or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email us: most problems can be sorted out that way.
15. General
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about our apps.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using our apps after a change, you accept the new terms.
